The atmosphere I sense in France's wine regions resonates with me with a deep red color; it is only by chance that the wine is red.
The landscape with hills and vineyards is common in any wine-producing region, but the wine regions of France have a unique atmosphere. It's the difference in the light that permeates the space. This resonates with me strangely, and if I were to express this resonance in a color, it would be this deep red.

Manet painted this at a time when wine trade by the Netherlands and England was at its peak, depicting the prosperity of Bordeaux at the time.
Bordeaux with a total vineyard area of 110,800 hectares, is the second largest wine-growing area in France behind the Languedoc-Rousillon. wikipedia
